Where do I take my complaint if my copy is inaccurate?

You can submit your complaint to the Customer Service Department. There you will find out what the source is of your complaint. You can also write a letter. Direct your complaint to the Customer Service Department Head. This department will always answer your letter.

Who approves my loan application?

The credit department makes the decisions regarding loan applications if it is a loan for up to NAƒ 35,000 – with no balance. If it is a sum of more than ANG 35,000 – the application will be submitted to the Credit Committee. If the Credit Committee deems it necessary, they may call upon the loan applicant for an interview before making their final decision on the application.

When do I learn if my loan has been approved?

Hamptonib employee with whom you submitted your application, will you notify you on this matter. You get an appointment straightaway to settle your loan. The settlements of loans take place between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. The application automatically expires if a member fails to sign the contract within one month of the approval of the loan application.
